Service Description

You will need your own tools and supplies for this class! Tools and supplies are not included in the class fee. Tools and supplies are available for purchase. This class is ideally suited for those who are invested in the stained glass hobby already and want to learn the leaded technique. If you have no tools or supplies of your own and are unsure if you want to invest in all the tools and supplies required we encourage you to look at our ALL-INCLUSIVE Leaded Stained Glass Class. Glass cutting experience is required, glass cutting is not taught in this class. (There is a separate class for Glass cutting at the beginning of the month) The size of the project will be limited to the patterns available(12x12 Inch Patterns). If you have a pattern you want to do, it must first be approved by your instructor before the start of the first session. There will be homework. If you are unable to complete your work in class you must be able to transport and work on your project at home in between sessions. We encourage you to choose your pattern, glass, and any tools and supplies you need ahead of the first session. (picking your pattern and having a general idea of color selection for your project ahead of time saves a considerable amount of time during the first session, this is why we may need the 4th session to complete your project if you are unable to choose your pattern and colors ahead of time) There will be limited time for shopping once class starts. There needs to be a minimum of four students for this class to remain scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Stained Glass Classes We strive to provide a positive experience for all our students and understand that schedules and circumstances can change unexpectedly. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below: *Student Cancellations* Notification Requirement: Cancellations must be made no later than two (2) days before the scheduled start date of the class. Notification can be submitted via email, phone call, voicemail, or text message. Refunds: Deposits will be refunded if cancellation occurs before the two-day deadline. Transaction and/or service fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Transfer Option: Instead of receiving a refund, you may opt to transfer your deposit to a future class date. *Sickness and Emergencies* We understand that emergencies and illnesses can happen unexpectedly. If you need to cancel within the two-day deadline due to such circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to reschedule and apply your deposit to a future class date. *Class Cancellations* Refund Guarantee: If we cancel a class, your deposit will be refunded in full, with no deductions for transaction or service fees. Minimum Participant Requirement: Some classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If a class does not meet this requirement, it will be canceled and rescheduled. In this case, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your deposit to a future class date. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
