🌵🚧 Tucson Traffic Cone Saguaro — Fused Glass Ornament🚧🌵
 
A little Tucson. A little traffic cone. A whole lot of desert personality.
 
If you’ve spent any time in Tucson lately, you know the orange traffic cone might as well be part of the Sonoran Desert landscape. So we combined Tucson’s most iconic plant with what has become its other unofficial icon to create our Tucson Traffic Cone Saguaro!
 
Each ornament is hand-cut, handcrafted, assembled, and fired right here in our kilns at Tucson Stained Glass. From cutting the individual pieces of glass to adding the hand-painted “Tucson” lettering, every one is made individually by hand.
 
And because they’re handmade, no two saguaros are exactly alike!
 
Some have their left arm a little higher than their right. Some have their right arm higher than their left. The shape, stripes, and glass placement will vary slightly—and even the hand-painted “Tucson” lettering will have its own personality depending on how under- or over-caffeinated we were when we wrote it. ☕😂
 
That’s part of the fun!
 
The ornament you receive may vary slightly from the product photos. When you pick up your order in-store, you’ll get to choose your favorite from a selection of approximately half a dozen available ornaments. Pick the shape, arms, lettering, and personality that speaks to you!
 
And yes... we really are located on Grant Road. 🚧
 
You’ll find us on the south side of Grant between Columbus and Swan, which means when you come pick out your Traffic Cone Saguaro, you’ll even get the authentic Tucson experience of navigating the Grant Road “Improvement” Project that so many of us have endured.

Our Tucson Traffic Cone Saguaros are making their official debut!
For our First Release, we’re producing approximately 50 handcrafted pieces. We’ll have a limited number already made and available for immediate in-store pickup when they launch.
 
Once the ready-to-go ornaments sell out, a limited number of pre-orders will become available for the remainder of our First Release Batch.
Remember—every saguaro is hand-cut, assembled, enameled, and kiln-fired right here in our Tucson studio, so we can only make so many at a time!
